Double Click Air Conditioning is a customer focused heating and air-conditioning company. Our owner, Ken Mills is a Fort Walton Beach native who has been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years in the local area. He has owned and operated another successful HVAC business and recently decided he wanted to go into business again to meet the needs of consumers who are looking for a highly qualified HVAC contractor at a fair and affordable price.

Free Diagnostics

We offer flat-rate pricing and never charge a diagnostic fee. We'll come out and inspect the problem and give you the cost to fix, and then repair your HVAC system on the spot.

Senairity Pricing

About 90% of all of our repairs fall into this category. (And you might be wondering about parts costs, well - we charge the actual cost of parts +/-10% of what you can find from any reputable online parts wholesaler.) If the system needs a rebuild beyond the items shown above, those rebuilds are sensairity value priced at $499 (plus parts) and also include our 2-year "One Call" warranty.
